Crafted from high-tensile strength reinforced rubber and advanced polymer compounds, this hose is your ultimate solution for efficiently and reliably transporting abrasive slurry, sand, gravel, and sludge. It is built to deliver maximum service life, significantly reducing downtime and operational costs associated with frequent hose replacements. Whether for land reclamation, river deepening, or mining tailings, this hose provides the durability and flexibility required for peak performance.
Superior Abrasion Resistance: The specially formulated wear-resistant rubber compound on the inner tube and external cover drastically reduces material wear from sand, rocks, and other solids, extending the hose's operational life far beyond standard options.
Exceptional Flexibility & Strength: Reinforced with high-strength steel cord or synthetic fabric plies, the hose maintains its structural integrity under high pressure while allowing for necessary movement and bending around obstacles without kinking or collapsing.
Anti-Corrosion & Weatherproof: Designed to perform in both freshwater and saltwater environments, the hose is resistant to salt, ozone, and UV radiation, preventing premature degradation and cracking.
Reinforced End Fittings: Equipped with robust, flanged, or lug-based end connections, our hoses ensure a secure, leak-proof connection to the dredge pump and pipeline, minimizing the risk of accidental disconnection under pressure.

1. Selection and Inspection:
Before use, always confirm the hose's pressure rating (working and
burst pressure) matches or exceeds your system's requirements.
Conduct a thorough visual inspection for any signs of damage during
shipping or storage, such as cuts, ply separation, or deformed end
fittings.
2. Installation and Connection:
Ensure the hose is not twisted during installation. Use appropriate
lifting equipment to handle the hose; never drag it over sharp or
abrasive surfaces. Tighten all flange bolts evenly and securely
according to the specified torque values to create a uniform seal.
Always use safety chains or wires to secure the connections,
providing a fail-safe in case of joint failure.
3. During Operation:
Avoid sharp bends that exceed the hose's specified minimum bend
radius, as this can cause internal ply damage and flow
restrictions. Where possible, use support floats to keep the hose
suspended in water, reducing drag and bottom abrasion. Periodically
rotate the hose slightly to distribute wear evenly across its
entire circumference, especially in areas of constant contact.
4. Storage and Maintenance:
After use, clean the hose internally and externally to remove
abrasive residues. Store it in a cool, dry, and dark place away
from direct sunlight, ozone sources (like electric motors), and
chemicals. Store the hose straight or in large, loose coils—never
hang it from a single point for extended periods.
